Can the lectern be returned if it is not to your liking?
It is only in exceptional cases that it is affordable to take back a pulpit. The freight costs (one way) are so high and form a large part of the selling price that returning the furniture results in a substantial loss. Fortunately, it rarely happens that someone is not satisfied. If it does happen, you can return the furniture at your own expense. The furniture will be credited if it is returned to us in 100% undamaged condition. We will also charge a handling fee for repackaging, administrative processing and stocking.
