The PoE-powered 5-port Gigabit Switch with PoE Passthrough is the ideal solution to easily power multiple PoEdevices and data. This compact switch draws its power from a PoE source, such as an injector or PoE switch, and then distributes it to connected network devices such as IP cameras, VoIP phones and wireless access points. With a maximum input capacity of 95 watts and a PoE budget to 65 watts, to four devices can be reliably powered and network via standard Cat5e or Cat6 cables. In addition, the switch achieves speeds to 1,000 Mbps, keeping your network running smoothly and fast.

Not only does this switch provide efficient power distribution, it can also serve as a PoE extender. Through passthrough technology, the maximum distance between a PoE source and the device can be doubled from 100 meters to 200 meters. This makes it possible to place devices in hard-to-reach locations such as ceilings and walls without additional power cables. This saves time and costs that would otherwise be spent on electrical wiring.

The switch is equipped with five Gigabit Ethernet RJ45 ports. Port 5 acts as a PD input port and draws power from a PoE source, while the remaining four ports provide power and data to connected devices. The unit supports the IEEE 802.3bt protocol, allowing a maximum input of 95 watts. Each of the four outgoing ports can deliver to 30 watts of power to compatible IEEE 802.3at (PoE+) or IEEE 802.3af (PoE)-devices.

Thanks to its compact design and its various installation options, the switch can be mounted on a desk or wall. It features built-in mounting holes and comes with non-slip rubber feet. In addition, the switch has a fanless design, which ensures for quiet operation and optimal performance without additional noise pollution.

The switch supports a backplane speed of 10 Gbps, has a MAC address capacity of 2048 and features a buffer memory of 1024 KB. With IEEE 802.3x flow control for full-duplex and jumbo frames to 9 kB, this switch offers excellent performance for any modern network environment.
